Overview
PawPal is an AI-powered mobile app that helps dog owners identify potential health concerns based on symptoms and behavioral changes.
The Challenge
The goal was to position PawPal as an approachable first line of support for pet owners. What they needed was a user experience that blended tech with empathy, an interface that made complex AI feel intuitive, and a mobile-first flow that supported voice, image, and manual input. I also built a design system ready to scale across premium tools, community features, and wearables.
My Approach
As lead designer, I drove the entire product design - from research to final screens. I mapped flows for symptom checks, pet profiles, and learning tools, and built a voice-and-photo-enabled diagnostic tool that felt conversational. The homepage took a dashboard approach, pulling together alerts, actions, and history in one place. I structured the freemium model with gated access to AI image diagnosis, telehealth, and partner offers. The visual identity used soft blues for trust, warm orange accents, friendly icons, and rounded type.
Concept
Every project within the portfolio tells a unique story, from the design process to the final ride. The layout focuses on showcasing the craftsmanship, detailing, and innovation behind each bike, offering a powerful visual experience for riders, builders, and enthusiasts alike. It's not just a portfolio; it's a tribute to the passion, creativity, and adventure that come with every ride.
